Oats, peanut butter, and honey rolled into no-bake balls. Three ingredients, zero cooking, and they keep in the fridge for weeks.

Instructions

    Combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and salt in a medium bowl.

    Stir with a spoon or your hands until everything is evenly mixed. The mixture should hold together when you squeeze it. If it is too dry, add a small drizzle of honey. If too wet, add a spoonful of oats.

    Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 12 balls.

    Place on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. They are fine at room temperature but hold their shape better cold.
