
Tuna Rice Bowl
Hot rice, canned tuna, soy sauce, and hot sauce. The whole shelf-stable meal comes together in twenty minutes.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the rice, stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low.

Cook for 18 minutes without lifting the lid. Remove from heat and let it steam, covered, for 5 more minutes.

Fluff the rice with a fork and divide into two bowls.

Drain the tuna and break it into chunks over the rice.

Drizzle each bowl with soy sauce and hit it with hot sauce to taste.

Add a crack of black pepper and eat while it is hot.
