
Sweet Potato Mash
Canned sweet potatoes mashed with butter and cinnamon until smooth and warm. A comforting side dish that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- •2 cans (15 oz each) canned sweet potatoes, drained
- •2 tbsp butter
- •1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- •1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Drain the sweet potatoes and add them to a medium pot over medium-low heat.

Add the butter, cinnamon, and salt.

Use a potato masher or fork to mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, leave some pieces intact.

Stir and heat for 5-8 minutes until everything is warmed through and the butter is fully incorporated.
