
Tuna Melt on Crackers
Canned tuna on saltine crackers topped with cheese and broiled until bubbly. All the satisfaction of a tuna melt without needing bread.
Ingredients
- •1 can (5 oz) chunk light tuna, drained
- •16 saltine crackers
- •2 slices American cheese, cut into small pieces
- •1 tbsp pickle relish
- •1 tbsp mayonnaise
- •1/4 tsp garlic powder
- •Pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Turn on your oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the pickle relish, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix with a fork until combined.

Lay the saltine crackers on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.

Spoon a small mound of tuna mixture onto each cracker.

Place a piece of cheese on top of each one.

Broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully, until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Crackers can burn fast, so do not walk away.
