
Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Honey
Hot oats stirred with peanut butter and drizzled with honey. This is a protein-packed breakfast that keeps you full until lunch.

Bring 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small pot.

Stir in the rolled oats. Reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and the water is absorbed.

Remove from heat. Drop the peanut butter into the center of the oats and stir until it melts in completely.

Drizzle the honey over the top. You can stir it in or leave it on top in a pool.
