
Sardines on Crackers
Open a tin, grab some crackers, and eat. This is pantry eating at its most honest — fast, cheap, and packed with protein and omega-3s.

Open the can of sardines and drain most of the oil.

Lay out the crackers on a plate.

Use a fork to place sardines on the crackers, breaking them into pieces as needed.
